Living in the Alps indoor space is at a premium in the winter so we take to the great outdoors for our workout needs. And what’s better than fresh air, beautiful scenery and the great out doors! All be it a little Fresh!

This mornings workout X fit Style 500. 10 exercises 50 reps of each done in 4 rounds, 20 reps of each then 15, then 10, then 5.

Push Ups
TRX Tricep
Mountain Climbers
Back Raises
Rainbow Plank

* TRX suspension training is a great alternative if you don’t have a lot of room or you are on the move or you like to be able to work out in different locations.
